About Jonathan

How Did I Get Into Coaching?
As a sophomore in high school, I decided I wanted to play college football, and I decided I would do whatever it took to make that happen.
I went all in on learning everything I could training and nutrition in order to separate myself from other athletes. As I began to get results and ultimately acquire a scholarship to play college football I dove deeper and deeper into the health and fitness space.
During the process of learning I fell in love with the work that was required to get results and the change that health and fitness were having on my life/mindset.
Fast forward a few years and I decided I wanted to share the life-changing knowledge I had attained in hopes that I could change the lives of countless people.
And now, here we are.

What Is Most Important To Me?
My values are the most important thing in my life. They are the foundation in which interact with people, run my business, and coach my clients.
The first of these values is my faith. As a nondenominational Christian, my main goal in life is to serve God by loving people and sharing his word. The second of these values is the principle of upholding a standard.
This principle is simple, "Act in a way that matches your words, and that projects the person you want to become". The last of these values is the concept of waking up grateful and counting your blessings.
This is quite simple, when you live a life of gratitude and appreciation you have the ability to overcome difficult situations that may try to steal your joy.
